All of us are working moms. Whether we “work” from home or we “work” outside the home, we are 24/7 working moms. Sometimes these technicalities get in the way for some women, but we are here to tell you that it doesn’t matter where you work. We ALL WORK!!! So, this week’s show focuses on Working Moms-full-time, part-time, from home or in the corporate world, our guests this week will address issues we all face as working moms.

Our first guest is Shannon Brouillette, a local mom of two who runs a very impressive business called CFO Strategic Partners (www.cfosp.com) and who was featured recently on the cover of Working Mother Magazine. You’ll want to hear all about her fabulous company because she very cleverly has created her own business where moms’ schedules are like gold! Everyone she works with totally understands that family comes first and the entire staff helps out when one has to call in because of an ill child. What a novel idea for other companies to adopt, right?! Shannon also discusses with us the proper way to approach your employers when wanting to have a conversation regarding motherhood and career. She is a shining example of ingenuity, dedication, and commitment to her passion.

It highlights other moms and businesses that utilize the strengths and flexibility of moms that we all could learn from.
