I met this week’s guest while I was waiting for my children during their Tae Kwan Do class one Wednesday evening. I noticed that she had three young children and she looked fabulous! Her littlest one could not have been any older than 6 weeks old and here she was looking great, not tired, and still very loving to her children! So, wanting to let her know what I thought, I paid her the compliment and we just started talking. Then, I found out more and just had to have her on our show.

So,this week’s show we feature local mom Rosie Alvarez. She shares with us how she balances three children under the age of 5 while running a successful business from her home. She discusses with us how she is able to have conference calls from home with clients and what happens when one of her children wakes up unexpectedly during call. She has a great sense of humor! She also tells us a great phrase of “forward motion” and explains what that means. She offers advice on how she used her career experience to launch a business to help balance work and family.
