Thanks for visiting!

If you exercise with an MP3 player or an iPod and just don’t know how to carry it or don’t know where to put little things while you walk or run, we have the solution for you! The Power Pouch is the invention of our guest this week, Lauren Grace Updyke from Gracie’s Gear will inspire you to be a fit and active mom! I met her last January 2007 at the Walt Disney World Marathon Health and Fitness Expo and bought a couple of her Power Pouch tank tops to run in. I was so impressed by the tank as well as Gracie, I knew right away that I wanted to share her with all of you. She also has a great walk/run online fitness program that any mom can follow and reach the fitness goals you want. I just love her! You’ll hear her dedication and her commitment to having other moms be fit. She’s so easy to talk to!

Also, you’ll meet local mom Christina Cowherd, the owner of one of our favorite local places, Infusion Tea. I go there all the time for my business meetings and just feel like I’m being pampered when I have my tea and all the organic goodies she has to offer. Anyone who hasn’t’ been there, will absolutely love their wraps and their wide variety of teas. I met Christina and her husband, Brad first at Baby Loves Disco. They are a spectacular couple who really know how to take care of the people who enter their restaurant. You feel so welcomed and so healthy when you go to Infusion Tea. It’s on Edgewater Dr. here in Orlando. They also have some pretty cool things such as poetry reading in the evenings as well. Please go check them out. Tell them Suzette sent you! My favorite is their hummus/veggie wrap and the veggie chips. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
